A person/ expert I admire

Gabriela Mistral was born in Vicuña in 1889. She was one of the most important poets in Chilean and Latin  American literature. In addition to working in the area of pedagogy as an educator. 

Mistral contributed significantly to popular education, also promoting pedagogical thinking focused on the development and protection of children. In addition, after many years of experience as an educator, she was invited to Mexico in 1922 where she collaborated in educational reform and in the creation of poopular libraries.  She also sought to redeem the popular classes, integrate them through education. 

Personally I admire her contribution to education and rescue some of her ideas such as: Having a vocation for the profession exercised, that is, teaching with passion, dedication, love, enthusiasm and joy, because the attitude that is have
at the time of teaching will inclfuence students and how they approach learning. Also remember that it is always taught, one never stops being an educator, and finally, practive and instill equality, respect and tolerance always.
