A subject I enjoy studying

Hello dear readers!

The subject  I enjoyed the most studying was health and child care, I have this subject the firts semester and I really loved it. This subject consists of learning about the care that must be taken in the classroom and in everyday life. We learned about the physical characteristics of a newborn, about the care that should be taken at home when there is a newborn, they taught us about breastfeeding and its importance, also about feeding and growing children.

I enjoy it because I learned many things about children that I didn't know before, in addition many of the things we learned are useful not only in the classroom but also in daily life, such as knowing how to heal wounds such as fractures, spains, burns and cuts. We were also taught to identify cases of domestic violence and /or child violence, wich is very important, to safeguard the health and integrity of the child. 

Before I studying health and child care, I didn´t realize how  it's to have knowledge about the health and care that children require, especially since accidents in classroom are frequent and it's important to be prepared for any emergency situacion.
